Plans, usage, and limits
Every plan is a monthly allowance of the same unit.

How usage is measured
Usage is metered as a monthly allowance rather than per prompt.
The Usage page in the dashboard shows what you have used, how many requests you have made, when the allowance resets, and a per-day breakdown. It exports to CSV.
When it resets
The allowance is monthly and resets with your billing period. The Usage page shows a live "resets in" countdown, and you can view the current period, the previous period, or the last 1, 7, or 30 days.
Reaching the limit
Requests that would exceed the allowance are declined until the period resets or more is added.
On paid plans you can buy extra usage for the current period from the Billing page. It is a one-off top-up scoped to the period you are in, not a subscription change. Free does not have this option; the upgrade path there is a plan change.
