CADABRA is an independent software product. CADABRA, Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or in any way officially connected to Dassault Systèmes or SolidWorks Corp. References to SolidWorks and related file formats are made solely for the purpose of describing interoperability and identifying the product with which CADABRA is designed to be used.
Third-Party Trademark Attributions
The following trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced on this website and within the Service solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Use of these names does not imply any association with or endorsement by the trademark owner.
- SolidWorks® and the SolidWorks logo are registered trademarks of Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation.
- STEP, IGES, and STL are industry-standard file format names referenced descriptively.

Your Responsibility for Your SolidWorks License
CADABRA is designed to work alongside SolidWorks, which you license separately from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid, properly scoped SolidWorks license. CADABRA does not grant you any rights to use SolidWorks, and your use of SolidWorks is governed by the license you accept with Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation.
In particular:
- If you hold an educational, student, or maker SolidWorks license, you must comply with that license's restrictions (typically including a prohibition on commercial use).
- You may not use CADABRA to circumvent SolidWorks license activation, defeat DRM, share license seats beyond what your license permits, or otherwise violate the terms of your SolidWorks license.
- You may not use CADABRA to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary file formats, APIs, or trade secrets of SolidWorks or Dassault Systèmes.

"CADABRA," the CADABRA cube logo, and "CAD like magic" are trademarks of CADABRA, Inc. All rights reserved. You may not use the CADABRA name or logo in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our prior written permission.
Open-Source & Third-Party Software
The Service incorporates certain third-party and open-source components, each subject to its own license. A list of those components and their licenses is available on request by emailing team@cadabrai.com. To the extent of any conflict between this notice and an open-source license, the open-source license controls with respect to that component.
Reporting Trademark or Copyright Issues
If you are a trademark or copyright owner and believe content on our site or in our Service infringes your rights, please email team@cadabrai.com with the URL of the material, a description of the right asserted, your contact information, and a good-faith statement of the basis for the claim. We respond to valid notices and, where appropriate, the U.S. DMCA process.
