# Is it up?

Every service the add-in depends on, checked once a minute, with the last 90 days on record.

## Services.

Each service is called once a minute from our own network, and every result is kept for 90 days. A bar is one day: green if every check passed, amber if some failed, red if none passed, and blank before we started measuring.

Checking the service

Reading the recorded history from the status service.

- Plugin API Checking Every prompt the add-in sends is answered here. If this is down, CADABRA cannot run a prompt. Today
- Accounts API Checking Sign-in, plan entitlements, usage and billing for the add-in and the dashboard. Today
- Sign-in provider Checking The identity service both the add-in and the dashboard verify your session against. Today
- Website and dashboard Checking cadabrai.com, the docs and the customer dashboard. Today
- Installer download Checking The CADABRA setup file the download page and the in-app updater fetch. Today

### Recent disruptions

If a service here is green and CADABRA is still failing for you, the problem is between your machine and us. Start with [the help centre](https://cadabrai.com/help/), then [tell us](https://cadabrai.com/contact/) what you are seeing.

## What these checks prove.

Each check is the same request the product makes. **Plugin API** is the service every prompt goes to, **Accounts API** is what signs you in and reads your plan, **Sign-in provider** is the identity service both of those verify your session against, **Website and dashboard** is cadabrai.com, and **Installer download** is the setup file the download page and the in-app updater fetch.

A green service means it answered correctly when we last called it. It does not prove your prompt will succeed: a model can be slow, a network in between can drop, and a SOLIDWORKS document can fail to rebuild for reasons that are nothing to do with us. [Troubleshooting](https://cadabrai.com/docs/troubleshooting/cadabra-issues/) covers those.

The add-in version shown above is the build the update service is currently handing out. If your task pane reports an older one, an update is waiting for you.

## What these checks do not prove.

Model inference is not directly measured. It runs behind the plugin API and needs a signed-in account to exercise, so no public page can honestly report on it. If the plugin API is green and prompts are failing, [tell us](https://cadabrai.com/contact/) and we will look.

Nothing here is measured from your network. A corporate proxy, a firewall rule or DNS can break CADABRA for you while every service on this page is healthy. [The install requirements](https://cadabrai.com/docs/getting-started/install/#network) list the exact hosts to allow.

CADABRA reaches a hosted service for every prompt, so it does not run offline. That is a design constraint, not an outage.
